We only request permissions and data that are strictly necessary for the core Islamic functions of the App:
Location Data (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION):
Used solely on your device to calculate accurate astronomical Prayer (Namaz/Salah) timings, Sehri-Iftar timetable, and determine the exact Qibla direction towards the Holy Kaaba (Makkah). We DO NOT track, store on remote servers, or sell your real-time location.
User Profile (Name & Email):
Optionally provided by you to personalize your profile, save your Quiz scores, rank on leaderboards, and synchronize your preferences.
Device Identifiers & Anonymous Session:
An anonymous device identifier is generated to protect against abuse, bot activities, and manage essential server configurations.
Exact Alarm Permission (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM):
Used exclusively to sound optional Azan and prayer reminders accurately at the exact prayer timestamps.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS):
Used with your explicit permission to deliver daily Islamic reminders and Azan notifications.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
Our app utilizes certified industry-standard third-party SDKs to provide backend infrastructure and advertisements:
Google Play Services: Core Android architecture support and updates.
Google AdMob: Displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads to support free development. AdMob may collect and process Advertising ID (AD_ID) subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
In strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, all users have the right to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account & Data:
Option 1 (Inside the App): Open Profile → Tap 'Delete Account (खाता और सारा डेटा मिटाएं)' → Confirm. Your profile, scores, and cloud records are instantly and permanently erased.
Option 2 (Online Web Request): If you have uninstalled the app or wish to request data erasure online, send an email to contactteammcl@gmail.com with your registered Email/Name. Your request will be fulfilled within 48 hours.

The Live Quiz and Trivia feature in Muslim Calendar 2026 is a 100% free educational initiative aimed at encouraging Islamic learning and knowledge (Deeni Ilm).
No entry fee, purchase, or deposit of money is ever required to play.
The app does not support or facilitate real-money gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind.
Reward points and tokens are voluntary, skill-based knowledge tokens.
